The Challenge
Deliver an opening ceremony that would define a decade of national sporting ambition — on a live broadcast, with heads of state in attendance, and a stadium full of first-time audiences.
The Solution
We designed a three-act narrative anchored around three national symbols, choreographed to a bespoke score, and engineered a camera plot with eleven angles that made the show feel as cinematic on screen as in the stands.
Execution
A unified command chair coordinated pyrotechnics, drones, LED floor, cast movement and protocol procession down to the second. Nine rehearsals with full technical, three with cast, and a broadcast-safe contingency for every element.
The Outcome
A ninety-eight percent completion-rate broadcast, a #1 trending topic across the region for forty-eight hours, and a benchmark reference our client now uses internally.
