When you submit a brief or contact form we collect the name, organisation, email address, phone number and project details you choose to share. We also collect anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location, purely to improve the site.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work, and keep records required for accounting and legal compliance. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Enquiries are stored in our secured backend and are visible only to authorised MVMNT Experience staff. Trusted service providers — hosting, email and production partners — may process data strictly on our instructions.
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless a commercial relationship requires a longer statutory retention period.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have shared with us at any time by writing to info@mvmntexperience.com. We respond within one working week.
